Practices are intense and focus on developing individual skills, team dynamics, and game strategy. Players work on everything from passing, serving, and hitting to defensive and offensive plays. The training is rigorous, with a strong emphasis on improving technique, endurance, and teamwork. In addition to skill-building, the coaches focus on mental toughness, preparing players for the pressure of competitive play.
